Starting her journey as a licensed cosmetologist specializing in hair and skincare at the esteemed Elizabeth Arden Salon & Spa, she later advanced her career by becoming a Registered Nurse—gaining over 12 years of experience from Pediatrics to the Operating Room.

As the founder of La-Mon’e Aesthetics, La-Tasha is on a mission to redefine beauty by delivering safe, effective, and inclusive treatments for all skin types—especially for skin of color.
